Also the changes with parking ,they now charge $30 plus for non members ,so luckily we are all members and therefore only had to pay $10 ,something else we had no idea had been changed ,it was always free to park. got inside ,we all noticed the difference in quality and variety of foods on offer ,staff assistance was almost non existent ,with plates etc being left on table ,we have always had a very good staff member look after us on previous visits so well ,so it was very much noticed this time. Very disappointed ,Sunday 26th March 2023 ,our family group of 6 went for lunch to celebrate our son and grandsons birthdays ,on arrival the girl confirming booking was very rude ,saying who is paying for this ? in a very aggressive manner :( when we. I wouldn’t touch this discriminatory restaurant with a 10-foot pole, save yourself the aggravation and cast 80 dollars into the sea rather than attempt to eat here (and be forced to throw the food away with no refund)! More Not here! This place would rather discriminate against those with disabilities and have them throw out 80 dollars worth of food than allow a person 5 minutes to eat a meal in their outdoor area (which they *have* at the restaurant and refused to open the door to). Everywhere we’ve gone in the world we’ve been given reasonable accommodations including eating outdoors for 5 minutes and returning the plate, eating in our room and taking care of the dishes, etc. I’ve honestly never witnessed behavior like this in my life. we must throw the food out, no refund, instead of step outside to eat it for reasonable disability accommodations. We paid for our breakfast, made ourself plates, and then at the door the woman working there stopped us and said. We are disabled, immunocompromised and need to wear masks indoors. I’ve never been treated worse in my life.
